Polycarbonate stands as a high-performance engineering thermoplastic. It retains stable performance over a long-term service temperature range of -60°C to 120°C. Its heat distortion temperature ranges from 130°C to 140°C, glass transition temperature is 149°C, and thermal decomposition temperature exceeds 310°C. Typical light transmittance reaches 85%–90%, allowing production of nearly colorless transparent parts with good coloring performance.
