Dibasic Calcium Phosphate exists in anhydrous form or with two water molecules of crystallization. It appears as a white, odorless, and tasteless powder that remaleic-anhydride.html">mains stable in air. It is nearly insoluble in water but dissolves easily in dilute hydrochloric acid and nitric acid. It does not dissolve in alcohol.
