Mode of Transportation

Available Global Delivery Solutions

    1. Air Freight

Advantages: Ultra-fast transit speed, goods can arrive within 3–7 working days; suitable for emergency small-batch orders, lab test samples and time-sensitive projects. Shortcoming: Unit transportation cost is relatively higher, not cost-effective for mass bulk cargo.

    2. Sea Freight

Advantages: The most mainstream and economical transport solution for large-volume industrial chemicals, supports full container load shipments with low unit freight cost. Our company owns sufficient spot stock without intermediate dealers, ensuring stable container scheduling. Applicable for long-term bulk cooperation clients with regular purchasing demands.

    3. Railway Transport

Specialized cross-border delivery channel for cargo shipped to Central Asian countries, stable timetable, fewer port congestion risks, balanced cost and transit efficiency compared with sea freight.

    4. Express Delivery

Lightweight dedicated logistics for small trial samples and tiny parcels, door-to-door delivery service, convenient customs clearance for lab testing materials.

Product Application of Dibutyl phthalate CAS# 84-74-2

Detailed Physical & Chemical Properties, Storage & Handling Guidelines

Dibutyl phthalate (DBP) is industrial-grade combustible oily liquid with purity above 99%, featuring a soft aromatic scent. Under standard 20℃ ambient conditions, its relative density is 1.045, melting point reaches -35℃ and boiling point ranges from 338℃ to 340℃; its vapor pressure remains low at 0.014 Pa under 25℃ environment. DBP only dissolves 0.03 grams per liter of water, while mixing uniformly with most organic solvents without layering or precipitation.

The chemical substance maintains stable intrinsic properties under normal room-temperature storage and daily application environments. However, direct contact with strong oxidants, concentrated mineral acids and strong alkaline substances must be strictly avoided during storage, transportation and production use, as these incompatible materials will trigger irreversible chemical reactions and degrade product performance.

Standard Storage Specifications:

  1. Store sealed drums/IBC tanks in dry, cool, ventilated warehouses with ambient temperature controlled between 5–35℃; isolate from direct sunlight and heat sources.
  2. Separate storage area from oxidizing chemicals, strong acids and alkaline products to prevent cross-contact risks.
  3. Shelf life under proper storage condition: 24 months from production date.
  4. Operators shall wear protective gloves, goggles and chemical-resistant aprons during loading, unloading and sampling to avoid long-term skin or eye contact.
