Product Details
Fumaleic-anhydride.html">maric Acid#110-17-8 serves as a key organic chemical raw material and intermediate for fine chemical products. It is also a major derivative of maleic anhydride, widely applied in food, coatings, resins and plasticizers. Within the food sector, it functions as a sour agent for soft drinks, wines, cold beverages, concentrated fruit juices, canned fruits, pickles and ice cream. As an acidic component in solid beverage foaming agents, it delivers stable bubbles and fine product texture.

Product Application of Fumaric Acid#110-17-8
Fumaric Acid is a non‑hygroscopic, highly acidic acidulant with low solubility. Its solubility in distilled water is 0.63 g per 100 mL at 25 °C. It dissolves slowly in cold water, but solubility can be enhanced by blending with dioctyl sodium sulfosuccinate or reducing particle size. Approximately 0.317 kg of fumaric acid can replace 0.453 kg of citric acid.
