Product Application
Estradiol serves as an estrogen pharmaceutical for functional uterine bleeding, primary amenorrhea, menopausal syndrome, and prostate cancer. It supports and regulates normal growth of female reproductive organs and secondary sexual traits. It encourages breast duct development and proliferation; at high doses, it suppresses prolactin release from the anterior pituitary gland and lowers milk production, and can be used to suppress lactation. Possible side effects include nausea, vomiting, and bleeding caused by excess endometrial hyperplasia. Caution is advised for individuals with impaired liver or kidney function. It is not intended for application on breast, vulva, or vaginal mucosa.
